SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- 1 FREE Delivery for all Orders above Rs.499/= anywhere within the Municipal Limits of Delhi / New Delhi.
- 2 For Orders below INR Rs.499/= or less, a standard delivery charge of INR Rs.49/= is applicable per Order.
- 3 In case the product dispatch is delayed the customer will be notified.
- 4 Customer should not accept the product if the seal is broken / damage.
- 5 Once the order is accepted the confirmation will be sent to the concerned customer either through his / her email or by SMS / Phone.
- 6 The delivery date and time guarantee applies to the attempted delivery by promised date and time only. Zimbnas Enterprises will not be responsible to provide the timely delivery, if the customer is not available / present at the delivery address to take the delivery or if the customer picks up the package on a later date, though the package has been delivered at the pickup store on the promise date and time.
- 7 We are constantly working to expand our coverage. Please check availability of delivery options for your pin code on the detail page or at checkout.
- 8 Estimated time of delivery is 5-7 working days; few products might take some extra time as mentioned on the product page.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
CANCELLATION
Cancellation can only be done before the product is dispatched on the following terms and conditions:
- 1 Cancellation can be done before the product is shipped or within 24 hrs. of booking the order (whichever is earlier).
- 2 Once the product is shipped the Company will not accept any cancellation.
- 3 The Company reserves the right to cancel an order. The reason for cancellation could be due to:
- 1 In case the order request is not acceptable to the Company.
- 2 Non-availability of the product.
- 3 Inaccurate product information or pricing discrepancies.
- 4 Due to reasons of any fraud.
- 5 Wrong / invalid usage of payment mode by customer or incomplete information received from the customer.
- 1 Upon such cancellation made by the customer with intimation being given to the Company within the prescribed time period mentioned above, then in that case the Company shall refund 100% of the money against the payment received and not otherwise.
- 2 Non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check shipping addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the changes of a new order and the delay caused.
- 3 We cannot accept returned merchandise unless a wrong item has been delivered in which case the item will have to be returned unopened and a replacement/ refund will be organised.
- 4 The Company will not issue a refund to anyone's credit card who refuses a delivery, or in any way attempts to return a shipment.
- 5 In case of Payment confirmation pending for an order, we may be awaiting the payment confirmation from your bank. This can take a few days. For an immediate status, contact your bank.
- 6 Problem in contacting your bank or credit card, we may be unable to contact your bank or card issuer which can cause delay. If your initial payment attempt was unsuccessful, your payment might stay in pending stage. In such cases, try to revise the payment when you receive an email from us, so that we can process your order immediately. If the payment for an order is not processed within 24 Hours, the order will be auto cancelled.
NOTE:
If your payment is still processing, you will see ‘We have not received payment confirmation from your bank or credit card yet, In such cases do not attempt paying a second time unless you are sure that your payment failed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. To cancel your order, you will have to contact our customer service by sending an email to info@zmaxx.in or calling 83830 46464, and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice, until the time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Zimbnas Enterprises has complete rights to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Zimbnas Enterprises and accept its decision regarding the cancellation. In case your order does not reach you within 10 days after confirmation, or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered, you will be entitled for refund of your payment received by us.
